The short version
- There are no accounts, comments, newsletters or contact forms on this site.
- The calculators and the invoice requirements checker run in your browser. The amounts you enter are not sent to our server.
- We use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used.
- The site runs through Cloudflare, which handles every request to the site.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read, how people arrive (for example from a search engine) and which links they use. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) to tell one visit from the next and collects information such as the pages viewed, the referring page, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
The Google Analytics script loads shortly after the page opens or when you first interact with it. Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy. To opt out, you can block cookies for this site in your browser, use a content blocker, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
The site shows a short notice about Google Analytics in the footer. It does not show a consent banner.
Cloudflare and our server
Requests to the site pass through Cloudflare, which delivers pages and protects the site from abuse. To do that, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details and may set a security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor is not a bot. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Like most web servers, our hosting server keeps access logs (IP address, requested page, date and time, browser) for security and troubleshooting. We don’t use them to identify visitors.
Partner links
Links that go through /go/ addresses on this site send you on to a software provider. Our server only redirects you; it doesn’t record who clicked. Once you reach the provider’s website, its own privacy policy and cookies apply, and it may record that you arrived from this site so that a sign-up can be credited to us. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and, if you reported an error, to fix it. We don’t add you to any mailing list.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell personal information.
- We don’t run advertising networks on this site.
- We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices and requests
You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. To ask about information related to you, or to ask us to delete an email you sent, write to [email protected].
